I recently remember that every night, for that last few months, my unconscious self has always come up with so many ideas for fixing the mistakes I have made in that day (in case you are wondering, I am very scatterbrained!). I have finally found a place for both archiving them and sharing with everyone here in HabitRPG. Please note, as the title above states, that these are completely just unconfirmed ideas.
In fact, some of them were not originally mine but from the articles that I have read. Remember that a technique may work for some people but it can cause trouble for others.

Daily routine of entertainments[]
Add fixed "free time" periods to your daily routine. At those times allow yourself to do whatever you want. However during the rest of the day you must only complete the tasks in Dailies & To-Dos - no matter how sleepy, bored, etc. you are.
Note: If you are applying this, be strict to yourself at a manageable level. Take a break from this routine about once a month.
