"What I strive to have is a group that is caring and helps each other out. I would describe myself as a kind, caring but just leader who organises how the group runs, however, is open to compromise and feedback. I don't mind what class or level you are, or if you have problems doing your dailies.
If you can't keep up with your dailies, I ask you reduce them to 5, if you can. You should tell us if you are sick or busy, and check in to the Inn as needed. I make sure we do pet quests often, so if you think this is what you are looking for then please join us."

"What I see in the Party is the opportunity to support others to develop productive and healthy habits. I guess that's why I'm the overpowered Healer in the Party. I am the healing factor in the Party when someone (like myself) misses Dailies. I like to see this group as follows: overpowered people comfortably support the newbies, working together to be accountable and productive."
