Overview
The Fowl Frost is a quest with a boss called the Frost Penguin. Completing this quest rewards each participant with 31 gold, 200 experience, and 3 Penguin eggs. Additional Penguin eggs also become available in the Market for 3 gems each.
Availability & Cost:
It was released on December 09, 2014, and it is not yet known what annual re-release group it will be in. When available, the quest scroll can be purchased from the Quest Shop for 4 gems. It is also part of the Bird Buddies and Winter quest bundles, which are only sometimes available but each contains three different quests for only 7 gems.
Difficulty & Length:
The Frost Penguin's HP of 400 makes this a short quest, and the strength multiplier of 1.5 gives it a base difficulty of "easy". Without using Warrior or Mage boss damaging skills, a four-person party typically takes less than two weeks to finish this quest. This is a recommended quest for lower level (less than level 25) characters and smaller parties.
Description
Although it's a hot summer day in the southernmost tip of Habitica, an unnatural chill has fallen upon Lively Lake. Strong, frigid winds rush around as the shore begins to freeze over. Ice spikes jut up from the ground, pushing grass and dirt away. @Melynnrose and @Breadstrings run up to you.
Help! says @Melynnrose. "We brought a giant penguin in to freeze the lake so we could all go ice skating, but we ran out of fish to feed him!"
He got angry and is using his freeze breath on everything he sees! says @Breadstrings. "Please, you have to subdue him before all of us are covered in ice!" Looks like you need this penguin to... cool down.

Defeat the Frost Penguin.
On Completion
Upon the penguin's defeat, the ice melts away. The giant penguin settles down in the sunshine, slurping up an extra bucket of fish you found. He skates off across the lake, blowing gently downwards to create smooth, sparkling ice. What an odd bird! "It appears he left behind a few eggs, as well," says @Painter de Cluster. @Rattify laughs. "Maybe these penguins will be a little more... chill?"
